Málaga Airport (Aeropuerto de Malaga) is the main airport for the Costa del Sol of Spain. It is 8 km southwest of Málaga.
The airport has flight connections to over 60 countries worldwide, over 13 million passengers passed through it in 2007. The airport
currently operates with two terminals. A third terminal adjacent is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in 2009.
